 Aqualea Resort and Residences
Both Beach by Design, the City of Clearwater’s long-term master plan for Clearwater Beach, and Beach Walk, the city’s $30 million beachside beautification project, have spurred interest in Clearwater Beach from private developers who have several major properties, valued at over one billion dollars, in development. The private projects are a mix of luxury hotel accommodations, smaller and moderately priced boutique hotels, condo-hotel hybrids and residential condominiums – something to suit nearly every traveler’s taste and budget.
